I have pinned several frequently used programs to the taskbar. All works as it should with the exception of the Word Excel taskbar icons. These show as generic icons instead of the \’W\’ and \’X\’ I do hope this makes sense so far!

Interestingly enough, if I attempt to change the icon from the task bar the option is greyed out. I should add that the user has local admin privileges and we\’re using the default Windows Theme.
